Core Banking System / Technology Lead

Locations:
Base location is Monterrey, N.L. with most likely mid/long term travels around the world. You will need to be adequately mobile and/or open to travel or being relocated.

Responsibilities:
• Requires advanced technical knowledge and a thorough understanding of the customer needs.
• Contributes to the development, delivery and maintenance of technology-based business solutions.
• Review during various stages of development life cycle.
• Integration and System testing.
• Implementation and Deployment.
• Ability to respond and accept production issues and coordinate with stake holders.
• Strong Analytical abilities, Communication skills, Client Interfacing skills

Qualification:
To apply you should be a Bachelor Of Engineering, Bachelor Of Technology
Master Of Computer Applications, Master Of Technology and a Mexican citizen.
You must be Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Expected Experience:
Min. 60 months
Max. 96 months
Proven skills in Java Technologies or Open Systems/UNIX/C++ as well as Oracle and reporting tools.
Knowledge on Banking processes is a must.
Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team.
Understanding of methodologies, best practices and their interaction with other business
processes / applications.
